The MSCI USA Sector Neutral Quality Index covers mid- to large-capitalisation US stocks with specific essential traits: high returns on shareholders’ net assets, consistent revenue growth year-over-year, and low reliance on debt as leverage for asset financing. Through this ETF, investors obtain index-based information on factors affecting companies’ year-over-year performance. The fund helps investors manage risk and exposure by investing most of its resources in securities comprising the MSCI USA Sector Neutral Quality Index and the rest of the resources in financial derivatives such as swaps, futures, and options contracts, and in cash and equivalents. The top sectors in which the fund operates are information technology, healthcare, consumer discretionary, communication, financials, industrials, consumer staples, real estate, energy, materials, utilities, and cash and/or derivatives.
