FAQ

If I am a Club member, how am I affected?
If you are a new Bronze, Silver or Gold member, you can buy the subscription to unlock the features and benefits correlated to the Platinum or Platinum+ memberships. If you are an existing user, all features & benefits will continue to be available.
If I am not a Club user, does it mean I will lose access to tools I used to have?
No, you won’t lose access to any of the tools you currently use. The only change for existing users is that Tori usage will now be limited to up to three research-related questions per week, instead of being unlimited. Everything else remains the same. But if you want to enjoy additional Platinum Club member benefits, you can buy a subscription
What are the payment methods I can use to buy subscriptions?
Subscriptions are processed through Stripe and require a bank card (credit or debit). You cannot use your eToro account balance or cards already linked to your eToro account. Supported methods include:

  • Apple Pay & Amazon Pay

What happens if I buy a subscription and later become a Platinum Club member or above by equity?
Your subscription will be automatically cancelled since you now qualify for those benefits through your account equity.

  • You will remain a Club member by virtue of your tier balance.
  • You will automatically receive a prorated refund for the remaining time on your subscription.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Access: Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle (the end of the month for monthly plans or the end of the year for annual plans). You will keep all benefits until that date.

Refunds: Generally, no refunds are issued for cancellations. However, first-time subscribers can request a full refund through customer support within the first 14 days of their initial payment.

Downgrade: Once your current subscription period ends, your account will automatically revert to the eToro Club tier that corresponds to your actual account tier-balance.
